Project Brief
Lighting Bangladesh, a joint IFC and GIZ program, aims to provide access to lighting in off-grid areas of the country, where underserved communities are meeting their lighting needs by traditional means like lanterns and candles. Lighting Bangladesh aims to address this problem by displacing the use of fossil fuels with quality Pico PV solar lighting devices and other appliances through the private sector.

Idea & Strategy
The video is a series of shots of people from different walks of life, engaged in different day to day activities paired with animated demonstrations of how technology can enhance these common tasks. The idea was to create a video that would inspire people and establish the tagline within their minds without spelling it out.
